1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 69.959.485 LARA RODRIGUES DE CARVALHO (CNPJ 69.959.485/0001-41), with its principal office at Rua Ary Fattori, 1205, Parque Residencial Santa Leonor, Penápolis - SP, 16306-584, Brazil, operating the Ovenrise brand and the website ovenrise.site ("Ovenrise", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
2. Our products
Ovenrise creates and sells digital educational products about home cake baking. Each product is delivered electronically as an interactive web application inside our member area, made of written chapters, interactive tools, progress tracking and a printable or downloadable PDF version of the chapters. No physical goods are shipped. The content, chapters and tools included in each product are described on its product page before purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase our products. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Your account
When you buy a product, we create a member account with the email address used at checkout and send you your login details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at carvalhho07@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
5. License to use the products
Our products are licensed, not sold. When your payment is completed we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the product you purchased for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, publish or redistribute any product or any part of it;
- share your login, your account or any downloaded file with anyone else;
- remove copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials;
- scrape, frame or systematically download the member area, or use any product to build a competing product or service;
- use the website in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or impair it.
6. Educational content; no guarantee of results
Our products are educational. They share methods, routines and tools; they do not promise any specific outcome, and your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own time, effort, equipment and circumstances. Nothing in our products is professional advice for your personal situation. When a product involves practical activities, you are responsible for using appropriate judgement and care, including for your own health, safety, allergies and dietary needs.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are one-time payments: there are no recurring or automatic charges. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes, currency conversion or bank fees that may apply. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already paid.
8. Delivery
Access is delivered electronically. Right after your payment is confirmed, we email your login details to the address used at checkout, and the product appears in your account. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us at carvalhho07@gmail.com; we will restore your access.
9. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website and in our products, including text, chapters, tools, graphics, logos, designs and software, belongs to 69.959.485 LARA RODRIGUES DE CARVALHO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described in Section 5.
11. Availability and changes to the products
We work to keep the website and member area available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, updates or events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions. We may update, correct or improve product content and tools; such changes will not materially reduce what was described on the product page at the time of your purchase.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account that breaches these Terms, for example by sharing logins or redistributing content, or in case of fraud or a payment that is reversed. If your purchase is refunded or charged back, access to the corresponding product ends.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 69.959.485 LARA RODRIGUES DE CARVALHO and its owners, managers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 69.959.485 LARA RODRIGUES DE CARVALHO from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or products.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 69.959.485 LARA RODRIGUES DE CARVALHO is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your place of residence. 17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
